Reservations

You may request a reservation online, or over the phone.

Once we have confirmed your booking we will issue an email confirmation to you. You must print this e-mail and bring it with you to Hawaii. It will contain important information and will be used by Dolphin Excursions as your voucher.

We will ask for your credit card information, but your card will not be charged when you make a reservation. You may select an alternative method of payment on the day of your excursion. If paying by cash please bring the exact amount; our field staff do not carry change. If paying by credit card please bring the card with you.

You may cancel your booking in whole or in part by giving Dolphin Excursions a minimum of 24 hours notice. You must notify us by 9:00 AM, the day before your activity. If you cannot attend, and fail to give us sufficient notice, we will charge the full price for the activities to the credit card you have provided.

All client information is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with any third party.

After making your reservation, we ask you to please read our Guidelines For Swimming With Dolphins.  You may also want to review our Driving Directions, if you plan to meet us at Waianae boat ramp.

To request a reservation via the web, simply fill out the form below.

Reservations made during our Summer Schedule June 15 - Sept 30:  If you would like to reserve during this time, then select the "8:30" tour in the drop box.  Indicate in the "notes" section if it is the 7:30 or the 11:00 a.m. tour.  Your confirmation email will have all the correct pick up and meeting times.  The 8:30 am tour is not offered during this time, but you may reserve at anytime for 8:30 am tours running before and after June 15 and Sept 30.

"Meeting Place" is the Hotel in which you are staying in Waikiki or Ko Olina.
